2015 Brazilian V-Prix

The 2015 Brazilian V-Prix was a Formula Virtual World Championship race that was held at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, in São Paulo, Brazil on 4th October 2015. The race was contested over 71 laps and won by Downton's Marcus Thunder - the first victory for both driver and team, as well as Downton as an engine supplier and tyre manufacturer Firestone - after Karl Beckenbauer pitted at the end of the penultimate lap with a puncture sustained in contact with Thunder while battling for the lead.
Nathaniel Powers finished second to complete a Downton 1-2, while Puccio Giodano finished in third for the second race in a row.

* Will Hoskins suffered a crash that broke the front and rear wings, but dragged the car back to the pits and got the damage repaired. He dropped twenty laps however and so - despite finishing - was not classified, as he had completed less than 90% of the winners distance.
