GameTech International is a virtual racing team from the Germany that currently competes in the VWRS, having made their debut in 2024. GameTech also currently races in the 2024 Virtual Porsche Cup and the 2024 Mazda MX5 Challenge. The team was formed by Chris Seifert and Felix Männler.

Origins

Team boss Chris Seifert, the brother of SRT boss Roy Seifert, founded the License Games Entertainment group in 2015 at the young age of 23 to establish himself in the video game market. Due to the positive development over the next few years, there was a lot of money for larger projects, such as sponsorships in gaming or motorsports, as the company specialized in racing games. In 2020 the License Games Entertainment group was renamed GameTech International. In 2023, the two founders Chris Seifert and Felix Männler decided to found a new motorsport department that would take care of building a team in real motorsport. In 2024 it was announced that GamTech International would be participating in the 2024 VWRS season. Gametech International is primarily about supporting young talent and giving them a chance in the VWRS.
