1 Thierry Xylander, Jean Mattson, Stefan Klien, Oleksandr Zozulya, Yakumi Takahashi, Brock Kidd, Johan Halvosen, Puccio Giodano, Daniel Zientek, Nick Addison, Hunter Ryan, Tumo Kinnumen, Sergio Álvarez, Felix Beyer, Max Meyer, Jules Barclay and Giani Ledesma all failed to set a lap time within 102% of the fastest time recorded in qualifying. As they had previously qualified for races on merit however, they were allowed to start.
