The 2015-16 FV2 Winter Series will be the second season of the FV2 Winter Series, a sister series to the FV2 Series, but one that is run during the northern hemisphere winter months, when no other championships are in competition.
The Ford FV2/1 chassis will be used in it's final ever series, before the Ford FV2/2 takes over when the 2016 FV2 Series season begins.
While the 2014-15 season took place in Asia, with the creation of VOARS - and a tight time schedule - the series will move to Europe in 2015-16, and take place solely on street circuits.
Allar Kangur is the reigning champion but due to successes in FV2 is now ineligible to retain his crown, while Formation Competition will return as the reigning teams champions.
